zCover believes in offering the best value, quality and selection for our customers. All of zCover products have been manufactured to the highest quality standards.

 

Return Policy

Return will ONLY be accepted with zCover's pre-approval if:

  1. Your product is purchased directly from zCover and it's in unused condition, you entitle to have an exchange within 30 days or credit refund within 7 days of receipt of product whichever is applicable. Refund can only be issued for those qualified products, including all consumer products. For all non-qualified products, including all corp. phone cases, chargers & batteries, are not refundable, if return or exchange is required, it's subject to 25% to 35% restocking fee at zCover's sole discretion.
  2. You received the wrong item: We've been striving hard to achieve zero shipping error. But if situation happens, you may request to return the item for the correct item. Customer is responsible to pay the shipping for returning the item to zCover to exchange the right item. But there will be no re shipping fee for your exchange item.
  3. Product is Defected on Arrival(DOA): Please refer to our normal Warranty Policy
  4. Your product is purchased from our authorized reseller, the order has passed their return period and the product is still within our warrant period: Please refer to our normal Warranty Policy.

 

Return Procedure

Step 1: Fill up our Return Request Form. You can download from: (http://www.zcover.com/Document/zCover_Return_Request_Form.pdf)

Step 2: E-mail the form to our Customer Care Center at customercare@zcover.com to obtain Pre-Approval for your return. Once it's approved, our RMA department will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order, or it's approved to be warrant under our normal Warranty Policy

Step 3: Upon receipt of the RMA number, you must follow the instruction to return the item in the original packaging with all the accessories and a copy of the original invoice. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package and it's a MUST to follow the return procedure to return the package, otherwise, package will be refused.

Return the package to the following address within 15 days after you receive RMA number via mail, UPS, or any other courier. We do highly recommend customer to use carrier who provide tracking info for your package. zCover will NOT take any responsibility for any lost or breakage during transit.

Remarks:

  • We DO NOT Accept 'Collect Shipment' or any out-of-Canada shipment requiring any broker or custom fee;
  • Return package will be rejected if it's no RMA# is visible outside of the box;
  • We'll reject the package if the declared commercial value is over USD$10.00;
  • All returns are subject to our Company's approval. We reserve the option to refund, credit or replace items that were damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect or damage resulting from the performance of repairs unauthorized by zCover. zCover Inc. reserves the right to refuse the returns;
  • zCover reserves the right to charge restocking fee for some products, including all corp. products;
  • For return, please allow 5 to 15 business days to process after it arrived our facility. Shipping charge is non refundable in any situation;
  • For exchange, after receiving the returned package in our facility, payment for the price difference + re shipping charges have to be made before exchanged item is shipped.
