ZCOVER INC. SHIPPING POLICY

WE STRIVE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, BECAUSE OF SHIPPING, CUSTOM DELAY AND MATTERS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, OUR STATEMENTS AS TO USUAL SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEES OR PROMISES THAT A PRODUCT WILL SHIP ON A SPECIFIC DAY. IF YOU WISH TO FIND OUT THE EXPECTED DATE OF SHIPMENT ON A PARTICULAR ITEM OR ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL US AT CUSTOMERCARE@ZCOVER.COM.

Order Cut-Off Times

All online orders shipped from zCover.com will be shipped out from Canada. Each order must be credit approved and transmitted to the shipping warehouse before 1:00pm EST.

Orders placed and/or credit approved later than the order cut-off time will ship the next business day. Orders placed and credit approved anytime Saturday and Sunday for in-stock items will ship on the following Monday. We currently provide no price protection after a purchase has been made.

Shipping Options

Our shipping charges are based on UPS or Canada Post Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped.

zCover limited free shipping service

  • Free shipping is ONLY available to online orders of selected and marked items in zCover online store;
  • Free shipping item(s) will be shipped via zCover selected shipping method, zCover reserves the right to change carrier and/or shipping method without notice;
  • Free shipping applies to zCover online store sells and ships products to end user customers only.
  • Products must be purchased from zCover online store to qualify for free shipping.
  • Free shipping is Standard Shipping only. Express and International shipping is not included.
  • This offer is valid only while supplies of qualifying products last.
  • This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion except as specifically permitted by the terms and conditions of such other offer or promotion.
  • zCover Inc is not responsible for printing errors.
  • zCover Inc reserves the right to modify this offer or end the offer at any time.
  • RETURNS: If the customer returns the item(s) for ANY reason except that it is defective, customer is responsible for outgoing freight as well as return freight.
  • All other return policy rules apply Returned item(s) which qualified for free shipping will incur a $15 restocking fee to cover the initial shipping charges.

Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States

UPS: UPS 3 Day Select(3-4 business days) available as the shipping option within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping rate is based on the weight of your order as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.

Please note:

  • Order’s value over USD 200.00 will cost the Custom delay. Brokerage, the Custom fee and duty may charged by the Custom.
  • In order to ship UPS we must have a street address. PO Boxes are NOT deliverable by UPS.
  • UPS does NOT count Saturday and Sunday as business days, nor the day your package ships. For example, a UPS Expedited package ordered with credit card before 1:00PM (EST) & processed on Friday will not arrive until the following Tuesday.
  • We do NOT request or require a signature for UPS deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS drivers discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label.
  • UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.

Canada Post Air(7-14 business days): There is NO specific tracking number assigned for Canada Post Air. We are not responsible for any custom delay.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories can be shipped out by Canada Post Air. There is NO specific tracking number assigned for Canada Post Air. UPS Express and UPS Expedited may be available depending on different shipping address.

Canadian Orders

All shipments to Canada are Duty Free and Customs Free. Customer is responsible for applicable Canadian taxes. Orders are shipped via:

  • UPS Express Saver(1-2 business day)
  • UPS Expedited(2-3 business days)
  • Canada Post Priority Courier (UPS will apply to this service)
  • Canada Post Xpresspost
  • Canada Post Expedited
  • Canada Post Regular (NO specific tracking number assigned)

International Orders

International shipping rates apply to all orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada.

International orders are shipped via: UPS Express(1-2 business day) and Canada Post International Air(7-14 business days. w/o tracking#, w/up to 100.00 insurance)

If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."

Customs and Duty Charges: Orders to foreign countries may incur customs and duty charges, and other charges related to the importation of merchandise. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Insurance: All orders shipped to international destinations, regardless of shipping method, will be insured for the full amount of the order.

Tracking: Please be aware that Canada Post does not provide tracking service for Canada Post International Air shipping services as it is the regular mail service.

There is no specific tracking number assigned (like UPS) that we can send you. Delivery to some remote residential areas may take additional days. Please note that while international shipments are typically delivered in a timely manner, sometimes individual countries may hold up packages in their Customs for as long as 30 days. We are unable to try to locate these orders until the end of 30 days due to post office guidelines.

PO Box Address

Orders to all P.O. boxes are shipped via Canada Post Air only.

P.O. Box customers - please try to use a regular street address where possible.

APO/FPO Address

Orders to APO/FPO are shipped via Canada Post Air (14-21 business days) Actual delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may vary.

Please note:There is NO specific tracking number assigned for Canada Post Air. In addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO, you will have to wait on the military then delivering the package to you. This could be days or weeks. We cannot help speed up this process.

Incorrect Address Supplied

Incorrect address information would include: missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip, incorrect state, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier.

Should your order be held by zCover as ‘undeliverable’ due to incorrect addresses you supplied, we will not be responsible for any delayed delivery. The order will be re-shipped out until the correct shipping address is provided. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.

If however, the items were already shipped out, the incorrect address would render the package to be returned to zCover or held by the shipping carrier for address correction, the shipping carrier will charge the fee including any address correction charge, shipping, duty and the brokerage fee. This fee will be billed to the credit card the order was placed with.

Refused Order

Should you refuse an order when it arrives at you home or business, you are responsible for all shipping/handling charges both to you and any return shipping charges to zCover. For international orders (including all United States Orders under such circumstance), additionally you will be charged for any duties, taxes, brokerage or custom fees associated with your refused order, should zCover be required to pay them in order for us to get the refused order back from your country.

Change or Cancel an Order

You may request to cancel or make a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please note all the orders can not be change or cancelled after 1:00pm EST. All the changes or cancellation related to your order must be informed to us via email customercare@zcover.com. Please always have your order number ready. A revised order confirmation or a cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by email at customercare@zCover.com.

Special Shipping Offers

Special shipping offers may supersede these policies.

Risk of Loss

Title to items being purchased passes from our online store to purchaser at the time of shipping. Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. We will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. We shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, war, riot, seizure, terrorist activities, embargo, or other acts or events nothing within the reasonable control of us.
